  • Buildertrend (for lead capture and opportunity management). Our website contact form is a Buildertrend embedded form that sends lead information into Buildertrend’s Lead Opportunities.
  • HubSpot (if used) to manage contacts, marketing emails/newsletters, and lead tracking
  • Service providers that help us operate our business (hosting, security, analytics, communications tools)
  • Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) to measure ad performance and conversions and improve campaigns
  • Legal/compliance recipients if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety
  • Business transfer parties if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
