Step 1 - Discuss your goals and specifications

Upon initial contact we will do our best to get an understanding of what your goals are. If you would like us to do the design work or if you want to do the design yourself. What purpose and function will the project serve for you and your home? What are your needs and wants? 

Step 2 - Site visit for discovery 

Many new construction projects, remodels and additions come with hidden challenges. Our goal is to find any electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural walls or the ground so that we avoid added costs from unnecessary Change Orders during your project. 

Step 3 - Design Contract 

Using all of the information we have gathered from our conversations we will prepare an initial design for your project. Once you have reviewed the design we offer two revisions, to the initial design, based on your feedback. When we have final a design we can offer a detailed estimate on the project. 

Step 4 - Construction Contract and Deposit 

After we have developed the project to your liking and you are happy with what the end product will be we will sign a contract and establish a payment plan that coincides with phases of the project being completed. 

Step 5 - Permits, plans and design/engineering

Once we have a contract in place and a deposit we will immediately move into planning phase. This entails detailed blueprints for the project, pulling any permits necessary and obtaining any engineering that may be required for the design.
