Derek has 15 plus years of construction experience in carpentry, concrete, electrical, finishes and Project Management. Combined with a background in engineering and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration focused on Management and Entrepreneurship he makes for an excellent Project Manager on any build.

Sara has nearly 15 years of experience with administrative tasks working with large commercial building outfits across the West coast. DSC is lucky to have her and the skills,, talents and commitment to the team she brings with her. Sara maintains the position of office manager with DSC and is regularly involved in communications with customers, subcontractors and vendors on top of managing everything that comes through our office.
