Derek has 15 plus years of construction experience in carpentry, concrete, electrical, finishes and Project Management. Combined with a background in engineering and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration focused on Management and Entrepreneurship he makes for an excellent Project Manager on any build.

Don has spent decades in the residential design build industry. For many years Don operated as a GC in his own company. After relocating to Idaho Don has joined the DSC team and we couldn't be happier. Don brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is always the most positive energy in the room.
Putting Numbers To The Project
Dan Cretser - Dan@dscboise.com
Dan has spent the majority of his life working in the project management side of residential construction. Everything from spec. homes to remodels. After returning to college to earn his MBA and a PMP certification Dan has joined our team as lead estimator. Dan works diligently to perform quality take offs and bid each project by the stick instead of shooting off vague square foot estimates. This allows us to keep change orders to a minimum if not avoid them completely. You can rest assured that Dan is making sure we are not overcharging the customer but also, that we will be here as a strong company in 5, 10 and 15 years to stand by our work.
Behind the Scenes Talent
Sara Jensen - Sara@dscboise.com
Sara has nearly 15 years of experience with administrative tasks working with large commercial building outfits across the West coast. DSC is lucky to have her and the skills,, talents and commitment to the team she brings with her. Sara maintains the position of "Office Manager" with DSC and is regularly involved in communications with customers, subcontractors and vendors on top of managing everything that comes through our office.

Yaya has nearly 12 years of experience with administrative tasks ranging from Accounts receivable, dispatch, human resources and many more. Currently, Yaya runs the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources Depts. at DSC and everyone that speaks with her agrees that she is very pleasant to talk with.
