Derek has 15 plus years of construction experience in carpentry, concrete, electrical, finishes and Project Management. Combined with a background in engineering and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration focused on Management and Entrepreneurship he makes for an excellent Project Manager on any build.

Don has spent decades in the residential design build industry. For many years Don operated as a GC in his own company. After relocating to Idaho Don has joined the DSC team and we couldn't be happier. Don brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is always the most positive energy in the room.
Behind the Scenes Talent
Sara Jensen - Sara@dscboise.com
Sara has nearly 15 years of experience with administrative tasks working with large commercial building outfits across the West coast. DSC is lucky to have her and the skills,, talents and commitment to the team she brings with her. Sara maintains the position of "Office Manager" with DSC and is regularly involved in communications with customers, subcontractors and vendors on top of managing everything that comes through our office.
The People Person

Yaya has nearly 12 years of experience with administrative tasks ranging from Accounts receivable, dispatch, human resources and many more. Currently, Yaya runs the Accounts Receivable and Human Resources Depts. at DSC and everyone that speaks with her agrees that she is very pleasant to talk with.
The Eyes In The Field
Eric Gray - PC@dscboise.com
Eric is a young but knowledgable Project Coordinator with DSC. Eric served his country with 4 years in the Air Force, earned an Associated Degree in Business and is currently working on his Bachlors in Construction Management on top of the trainings DSC has been putting him through and his field work. Eric visits every job site nearly every day. He facilitates subcontractors, material deliveries and is typically the one responsible for Daily Logs which give you constant progress reports on your project.
