Derek has 20 plus years of construction experience in design, carpentry, concrete, electrical, finishes and Project Management. Combined with a background in engineering and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration focused on Management and Entrepreneurship. Derek works with clients on the design making sure the project is well thought out, code compliant and that all the wants and needs are incorporating while meeting the budget.
The Finishing Touches

Don has spent decades in the residential design build industry. For many years Don operated as a GC in his own company. After relocating to Idaho Don has joined the DSC team and we couldn't be happier. Don brings a wealth of knowledge, specifically in finishes and fixtures, to the team and is always the most positive energy in the room. Don works with subcontractors and clients in the field as a Project Manager while the project is under construction. He sets the initial layout and is with the project all the way to the final touch ups and clean out.
Putting Numbers To The Project

Dan has spent the majority of his life working in the project management side of residential construction. Everything from spec. homes to remodels. After returning to college to earn his MBA and a PMP certification Dan has joined our team as lead estimator. Dan works diligently to perform quality take offs and bid each project by the stick instead of shooting off vague square foot estimates. This allows us to keep change orders to a minimum if not avoid them completely.
Behind the Scenes Talent

Sara has nearly 20 years of experience (6 years with DSC) with administrative tasks working with large commercial building outfits across the West coast. DSC is lucky to have her and the skills, talents and commitment to the team. Sara maintains the position of "Office Manager" with DSC and is regularly involved in communications with customers, subcontractors and vendors on top of managing everything that comes through our office.
