Sales & Marketing Coordinator — $65,000–$80,000 base + commission | On-target: $100K–$125K+
What You’ll Do
- Own DSC’s client-facing presence — social media, photography coordination, website updates, and print materials
- Manage and respond to inbound leads; qualify prospects and schedule design consultations
- Track leads and pipeline activity in HubSpot; keep records current
- Support sales conversations with accurate project budgets and timeline expectations
- Earn commission on signed construction contracts you bring across the line
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing coordination — construction industry a strong plus
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- HubSpot experience preferred; ability to learn new platforms quickly is non-negotiable
- Strong written communication and professional phone presence
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities without hand-holding
Drafting & Design Specialist — $60,000–$78,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Produce construction drawings and permit sets using Chief Architect
- Collaborate with project leads during pre-construction to develop accurate, buildable plans
- Manage and revise drawings through the design-development and permitting process
- Coordinate with engineers, municipalities, and field teams on plan details
- Maintain drawing files and revision histories with precision
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in Chief Architect — this is the primary tool and proficiency is required on day one
- Experience producing residential construction documents, including permit-ready sets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and Adobe
- Strong spatial reasoning and attention to detail; errors in plans cost real money in the field
- Comfortable taking design direction and translating it into precise drawings
Preconstruction Coordinator — $65,000–$82,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage detailed project budgets and cost estimates from plans and scope documents
- Solicit, level, and award subcontractor bids; maintain vendor relationships
- Develop project schedules and identify sequencing conflicts before they reach the field
- Coordinate permit applications, material procurement, and pre-construction documentation
- Support project handoff to the field team with complete, accurate packages
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or preconstruction management
- High proficiency in spreadsheets, project management software, and documentation systems — this role lives in the computer
- Buildertrend experience strongly preferred; ability to learn it quickly is non-negotiable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and Adobe
- Detail-oriented, organized, and rigorous — budget errors and missed scope have downstream consequences
Project Coordinator — $65,000–$82,000 depending on experience
What You’ll Do
- Manage active construction projects from permit-issued through punch list and closeout
- Oversee subcontractors in the field — verify work quality, enforce scope, and hold the schedule
- Conduct daily site visits; document progress, issues, and open items in Buildertrend
- Communicate with clients throughout the build; maintain trust and manage expectations
- Identify problems early and solve them before they affect budget or timeline
What We’re Looking For
- Field experience in residential construction — you need to know what good work looks like
- Ability to evaluate and direct trade work across framing, mechanical, and finish scopes
- Daily documentation and scheduling run through Buildertrend — computer proficiency is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and Adobe
- Strong communicator, reliable under pressure, and comfortable holding subcontractors accountable
